There's a place called Chaco Canyon. I have only had one thing from there and it's a "cheesecake". It's made with just nuts, coconut oil, agave syrup, and raspberry puree but it tastes better than some cooked dairy-based cheesecakes. There is a "pizza" on the menu with cheese somehow based on lemons and macadamia and a crust of ground dried almonds and garlic. This sounds bizarre but I'd totally try it.
Anyway, if you want food that's healthy and raw and damn tasty, try this place out if in Seattle.
