Would you like to share something about you?:	I invite everyone to experiencc the incredible benefits and joys of fasting. Do your best and don't compete with others. Fast the length of time that feels right to YOU. Let your body wisdom speak to you and you can't go wrong. I have been fasting at least once a year since I was 15. It has become part of my life and I always feel I benefit from it. Lately I had been struggling with a knee injury i have had from working out for over a year. Last night was the first time I could achieve full extension of my knee, and the pain is almost all gone. I am 6 days into the fast and I am so happy I found this site! Good luck to everyone....

Would you like to mention which centre you stayed:	I went with my Mom to Shangri-La in Naples, Florida in 1976. Don't know if they're still around, but it was awesome there!
