Ten Day Mixed Fast

It's our 2nd Group Fast! We have members fasting Dry, Water and with Juice only. So whatever your choice if you are fasting in the next week send me a message and I will add you to the Group. Andrew.

It's the last day of the Group Fast! I know everyone has had some success so I want to take this opportunity to congratulate you all and thank you for your participation. If you're still fasting don't worry you can still keep posting in your diary and/or on the message board and I'll still be eagerly reading updates. :) Remember the fast ends automatically at the end of today (server time seen above this message). So if you get the chances update one last time before it finishes! Thanks again all and take care!

Welcome to Fasting Connection's latest Group Fast! In the respect to each other on our respective fasting journeys please everyone let us all know how you are doing by updating your diaries or posting on the forum.

 

The advantage of using the Group Fast Forum is that more people on the website will be able to read and respond to your posts. The diary can still be accessed but diary entries are not read by as many people as visit the message board.

 

You can also use the chatroom of course, I am in there at various times of the day and you can see on the main page when I or anyone else is in the Group Fast Chatroom. So I hope to see some of you there soon. :)
