Ending a 3-Day Fast - 09/04/2008 17:55
Hello Everyone, I'm planning on starting a 3-Day fast on Sunday, and ending it on Tuesday. I'm starting this fast to jumpstart my weightloss program (I'm hoping to lose about 10-15 lbs while on this fast). After ending the fast I plan on eating only fruits, and vegetables for a week, and then going on to a regular 1400 - 1500 calorie a day diet. My question for you is do you think this is a good way to end the fast, and keep the weight that I've lost off, and also do you think a 10-15 lbs loss on a 3-Day fast is a realistic goal?
