      Fast Prep - 18/01/2008 15:13
      Lost some focus with my juice Fast Prep and had some mucus forming foods, but I am now resuming natural juiced food. I'll likely start my 30 day water/dry mixed fast in 1 or 2 days. Now with some experience behind me I know what to expect and I'm very focused on this fast and the body seems to be urging for it with joy. During the 30 days I'll be using water when needed and dry fasting when I don't need it. When I end the fast I'm hoping that a liquid juice diet will be something I can stick with easier. I expect the fast to go smoother as people who know me are more accepting of it now as they have witnessed my health improvements; they now ask me for advise often on health related issues, but unfortunately none are willing to fast yet, I find social programing is very deeply intrenched in most humans and this is very sad to me.

      My fast should go as follows: I will use filtered tap water when needed; I will Sun bath daily; I will take mineral baths every couple days; I will visit the steam room every few days; I will practice Yoga and Wing Chun Kung Fu. I find positive reading about fasting helps to keep me strong with it. Also encouragement from these forums helps alot.

      Admirable intentions indeed.

      Just one remark: In time, we hope, you'll be making more intimate contact with your own body, thus the communication will become more reliable.

      The best source of information about how to fast and when to change what you're doing, remains biofeedback. Please listen to your body, whenever its messages are
      * Not induced by outside stimuli like advertising, sight/smell, or the archaic ideas of family and friends;
      * Persistend and constant, thus not changing over time or in different environments
      then you can safely assume they are reliable and in your best interest.
