      Will be in Puerto Rico for 3 weeks in the middle of March for my annual
      water fast. I'm staying at a mountaintop eco-resort in the south of the
      island. Any recommendations for raw food, good produce markets,
      restaurants, raw fooders, etc?
      I just reread this post, and can see I am already thinking about breaking the fast. lol

      Please send us some photos or a web link to the Puerto Rico facility..

      And there's nothing wrong with anticipating the breaking of the fast.. it is as if you are enjoying the foods so long in anticipation: Daily eaters can only get this "bonus enjoyment" for a few minutes before eating.

      Remember that eating is also there to satisfy the mind and the friendships, etc. So savouring the idea gives you so much more "mileage" ot of the same food.

      You can and will eat only a certain amount of each nutrient in your lifetime. Making more of them in a mindful way is a recipy of "stretching" your allowance.
