Okay, I started Sunday 11pm - the last time I ate.
This water fast will go until 15 December.
I'll extent to 21 December should I be feeling good with steady fat loss.
It will be an active fast which includes my usual active lifestyle of flow yoga, walking and swimming. And also a little dancing too, when I feel like it.
I'll post questions on the forum.
This blog is for me. To remind myself of what I am doing - some way of holding myself accountable to a goal I have been trying to achive for months and moonths. There will be no more 'trying' - I am now DOING it. Nothing will stop me. It is happening and I am doing it NOW.
Please don't post your opinions of what I am doing here unless they are positive. I have found the online community can do more harm than good when it comes to fasting - so many people out there who have read Shelton's reports and suddenly they are experts, and bullies to boot. Though thankfully there seem to be quite 'normal' people posting here.
I like waht Dr Krugar has to say, and I believe in myself to see this fast to completion. I will end the fast in the right and healthful way. The only person I will answer to is myself.
