I imagine it would have profound benefits, as does water fasting, but not to the same degree. Consuming only raw unprocessed bitter green vegetables - such as collard greens and turnip greens - and purified water would be easier than water fasting. I did an experiment once: I went on a water fast and felt absolutely abject. I then decided to eat a raw nonprocessed green vegetable and I instantly felt a little better. The vegetable I ate was a raw green bell pepper; I normally don't enjoy eating them, but in this case, it was a relief from water fasting. Any food is better than eating no food at all, unless the food is poisonous and will kill you.

Anyway - back to my topic - would temoporarily consuming raw unprocessed bitter green vegetables and purified water improve memory? Would it improve everything overall? Would it heal cavities?

Sorry I missed this one link I agree with you that it would improve many health related issues providing it was done over a long enough period. My personal take is that greens are superior to fruit when it comes to under eating and dieting. I look forward to hearing more about your experiences with this.
